The Corps consists of 13 units: Chief of Police Corps, Deputy Chief of Police Corps, Chief Secretary, Duty Command Center, Logistics Section, Secretariat Office, Information Management, Inspection Section, Administration Section, Public Security Section, Administrator Regulation Section, Personnel Office, Accounting and Statistics office.

There are four Brigades established under the Corps:
Criminal Investigation Brigade is located at 66 Anfeng Rd., XinXing City, New Taipei City.
1st Corps is located at 130 Liuheyi Rd, XinXing District, Kaohsiung City.
2nd Corps is located at 66 Anfeng Rd, Xindian City, New Taipei City.
3rd Corps is located at 23-7 Zhongyong Rd, Nantun District, Taichung City.
